Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield

Breakfast was great. There were options for every appetite and the stations were kept exceptionally clean. The lady running that part of the hotel was on her toes, keeping the options full and those areas clean all while cleaning tables and checking to make sure we found what we needed. She was great and never broke a sweat! The pool was lovely, the front staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a great trip for us.

Every staff member we interacted with was beyond kind and helpful! I have a gluten allergy which I forgot to ask about at booking, and when I asked if they had any options at breakfast the woman who was handling the food went out of her way to find something for me to eat. I'm more than used to surviving on a banana and some coffee so it meant a lot that she made sure I had a whole meal!

The king bed and pillows were very comfortable! Everything clean. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay again. Staff all friendly and great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, just like the picture, bright and welcoming. I recommend staying here.

Restaurants on either side of property offered a 10% discount for guests. Hotel staff was very friendly. Quiet location. A huge selection of items to add to your morning oatmeal nicely displayed in glass containers.
